Photo Permissions Release 

All photos must be submitted with a completed Photo Release Form in order to be used by the NKCUSA. Please click the button to download the appropriate release and submit it alongside your photo in the form below.

If your photo includes an adult or is of the dog alone, download the Photo Release form.

If your photo includes a minor/child under the age of 18, download the Photo Release of a Minor form.

Once you have completed your photo release, please use the form below to submit your photo!

File Types Accepted: JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TIF, WEBP, AVIF, JPEG 2000 and RAW

By signing this form, you give NKCUSA permission to feature it anywhere on the website and social media accounts, and you certify that we have permission from the photographer to feature it.
